Issues Resolution

The module helps the personnel/tenants to report an issue with the property and track the status the status of the same.

• Ability for various types of personnel or tenants to report an issue within the property
• Issues are created primarily by selecting from various pre-configured issue types to enhance reporting and tracking of issues
• Track each issue’s status individually through statuses such as Work Order pending, Payment Notice acknowledged, discarded, completed etc. including visual cues to quickly identify pending number of issues
• Ability to attach photos & videos of issues for further clarity
• Issue Work Orders against issues for their resolution and track the progress of the WOs from the issue view itself  Charge clients for any repair work if required
• Extensive reporting on issue resolution speed and costs incurred
